We ship via USPS Ground Advantage to ensure your Smart QR Tags arrive safely and affordably. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is fulfilled.
We take pride in our craftsmanship. If your tag arrives damaged or with an engraving error, we will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you. Because these tags are custom-engraved, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind, but we always strive to make things right. Reach out to us at support@tagsco.app if you have any issues.
We currently only ship within the USA. At this time we do not ship Internationally.
